Coyote tracks in C.F.'s backyard
I saw the coyote in the afternoon snooping around for critters, he looked pretty scraggly and desperate so I didn't have the heart to go out and take a picture.
had one run full speed across the road the other day, making its way under the barbed wire fence line with ease. it was going close to thirty miles an hour!

wow, pretty impressive, they're wily, agile creatures. I guess that's why they're now in every state except Hawaii.
